As an Executive Producer, Peter oversees the development and execution of our productions, ensuring that every creative concept reaches its maximum potential. His broad experience producing feature films, as well as hundreds of commercials and music videos all over the world, gives him a wealth of knowledge and a detailed overview of the production process. Peter’s years both as a Producer and a Director means he’s full of creative solutions for practical problems, with the commercials he’s directed generating 9 Creative Circle awards, 3 Spikes Asia awards and nominations at Cannes Lions as well as others in only the last two years.

Ben is founding Creative Director at Odelay Group and ODLY. He is an accomplished director in his own right, working over 17 years with a wide range of brands such as London Transport, Adidas, Bang & Olufsen, Ticketmaster and Nike to tell their stories to customers. He also finds and develops the best emerging talent, with deep links in the music video, short and experimental film circuits. Ben has supported the development of student filmmakers into multi-award winning directors, such as Lucy Tcherniak (End of The F**king World), Sophia and Robert, and Richard Hunter. Ben works closely with our talent and directors to refine creative ideas and develop communication skills.

Ed is our Business Director.  He was a founding investor in Odelay Films and has since worked with the team in a business advisory role, supporting the growth of the business and transition to Odelay Media Group and ODLY Creative.  Ed works across the operational and financial infrastructure, which enables the team to maximise its creativity and realise the best in production. He started off his career at Accenture, heading up technology and business teams working within Vodafone.  Ed then moved to LEFA Enterprises, a property and investment company, overseeing the acquisition, merger and transformation of a number of print companies into a large modern print entity in a custom-built production facility.  Establishing the company, brand and packaging it up for a successful resale. During this time he also worked on establishing and investing in a number of companies and opportunities including Infigo Software Ltd, MyTopTrumps.com, LEFA Property Ltd as well as Odelay.  He remains an active board member of LEFA, heading up the business investment arm.

Prudence oversees the commercial jobs in production; from the initial meeting to the final deliverables. She has experience on both agency and client side so is able to understand the needs, challenges and opportunities that come with every project to ensure a smooth working relationship. She will be on hand from a client services perspective as well as steering the production team to ensure deadlines and budget are met. Prudence’s narrative films have been featured in numerous BAFTA accredited festivals, she produced a feature film with Film London and has managed numerous commercial campaigns with 7 figure budgets. While overseeing the delivery from a logistical perspective; Prudence also has a creative mind and enjoys developing ideas and strategies that work on multiple platforms for different audiences.
